The Church Council encourages members of New Vision to contact their City Councillor by phone or email to express their support for Councillor Kroetsch’s motion to grant New Vision United $900,000 for building renovations at Wednesday’s General Issues Committee meeting. If his motion is passed, the next step would be a vote at the next City Council meeting.

We have prepared a generic letter you could send by personalizing it for your City Councillor and adding your name. You may download the form-letter by clicking here.
Another way you can support this funding is to attend the GIC meeting at City Hall Chambers, on the second floor of City Hall. When you approach the large glass doors of the Chambers, turn left to enter the gallery, and look for our group. The meeting starts at 9:30, and although we will not be able to ask questions, a show of solidarity by New Vision members will be noticed. We are free to leave by the back door of the gallery after our motion has been dealt with.
